Services and products may be refunded and returned at the sole discretion of Overwatch Media, LLC. If there is a legitimate issue with your product or service, please contact us with our form at https://overwatchmedia.com/contact-us with an description of the service or product being Refunded
Website and graphic designs and consultations and other subscription services:
- 75% to a Full refund: In cases where the project has not been started and no consulting services have been provided.
- Partial refund: If there is a failure to deliver as per our delivery policy after the approval of the initial design style at no fault to the customer. The partial refund will be in proportion to the services provided or work completed and whether or not we are continuing with the delivery of the project/service.
- No refunds: If the project has been completed and approved.
Please Note: if you purchased a service, specifically a design service, the decision to no longer be a company is likely not eligible for a refund. Your subscription will continue, and you will be required to make future payments for the term you agreed to.
- Non refundable as you now have permanent access to the work
- We do not offer refunds for printing projects. However, if you are dissatisfied with the condition or quality of your print job, you may request a reprint of your job
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Optionally, we may decide to provide you a “credit” on your account to make a future purchase. This will be at the sole discretion of us.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
