The Role

Overwatch Media, LLC is seeking a motivated and personable Salesperson to help expand our client base in Jacksonville, FL. This is a remote contractor role with flexible hours, but it requires in-person client interactions, with a main focus on the West Side of Jacksonville.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and engage potential clients
• Provide exceptional customer service to potential clients in person, and at the most effective business hours.
• Conduct in-person sales presentations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Collaborate with the owner to tailor solutions
• Log all potential client interactions into our CRM system, indicating potential clients’ name and company, interest level, and the service(s) that they are interested in
• Attend occasional strategy meetings (in-person at a convenient location for both parties and via video call)

What We Are Looking For

Overwatch Media, LLC is looking for someone with the following abilities

Must-Haves:

• Reside in Jacksonville, FL
• Reliable transportation and valid government ID
• Conduct oneself with responsibility, honesty, integrity, accountability, and excellence
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for meeting new people daily and building and maintaining rapport with the ability to make presentations
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Willingness to adapt and implement new marketing strategies, and sales methods
• Quick thinking to provide creative solutions that address client’s needs and concerns while working with owner
• Basic computer proficiency (CRM experience is a plus)

Preferred:

• Prior sales experience
• Familiarity with communication tools like Zoom, Slack, and Microsoft Teams
• High school diploma (Degree in Business or Marketing is a plus)
